Classes

We currently offer four classes, three times a week. The class schedule will be expanded as the number of students in the school increases, so check back regularly for updates.

Overall, we offer Kid's, Intermediate, and Adult Karate Classes, and Adult's Tai Chi. Intermediate and Adult Karate classes include instruction on knife and gun self-defense techniques, and the 'four ways of fighting'. The 'four ways of fighting' refer to the four ways that a person can fight or defend themselves while unarmed - by punching, kicking, felling, and grappling.

All classes take place either inside the Dojo (Lake Shore Pavilion) or on the pavilion veranda or beach front.
